NUTEC has an immediate opening for a Construction Site Manager.

We have an immediate opening for an entry level engineer in the Structural Department in the York, PA office.
Responsibilities
Expect to handle the following responsibilities and duties:
· Interact with design team for compliance with Contract Documents.
· Contractors draft invoices are reviewed and approved in timely manner
· Regular contractor meetings are held
· Plans are reviewed for constructability prior to bidding
· Conflict logs completed
· Shop drawings are reviewed for compliance and coordination issues among contractors
· Meet with Project Manager at least bi-weekly at site to review job progress
· Review construction progress daily with Project Manager
· Communicate and interact regularly with design team members:
o Interact with design team members when changes, modifications or RFI’s occur
o Receive approval from design team members when items affecting codes develop.
· Schedules are reviewed and updated monthly
· Projects completed on schedule
· Responsible for work site safety and compliance
Education & Experience Requirements
· 10-15 years’ construction site management experience
· Manufacturing facility project experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
