With both design and construction in the hands of NUTEC, there is a single point of responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule. Working and communicating as a full-service team, NUTEC’s project team members evaluate alternative materials and method efficiently and accurately. Total design and construction time can be significantly reduced by overlapping design and construction. Because NUTEC is simultaneously responsible for design and construction cost estimation, the completed project can be conceptualized accurately during earlier project phases. Project decisions can be made before substantial design expenditures have been made and with firm knowledge of the final cost.
