Café Renovation
NUTEC provided complete architecture, engineering, interior design, and construction services for a project to create a new employee welfare space within an existing building. Formerly a manufacturing and administration facility for The Pfaltzgraff Company, the building today houses Hanover Architectural Products and Magnesita Refractories. NUTEC was commissioned to re-envision the space to create a new area with a warm, “Café-style” environment. Two levels were included, and our scope included demolition and reconstruction of the common areas and rest rooms working under a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
