Headquarters Renovation – A leading global security company, Northrop Grumman manufacturers unmanned aircraft, cyber security, and logistics products. One of their companies, Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, is headquartered in Linthicum, MD, a Baltimore suburb, and was previously recognized as a “Best Place to Work.”
At this location, NUTEC was commissioned to upgrade common areas, primarily employee dining spaces, to enhance the aesthetic and modernize the spaces. Our work included development of highly accurate renderings, with multiple views, to allow the executives to make informed decisions for moving the projects forward. Because the company brand is tied directly to innovation, it was important for cafeteria designs to embrace this brand while meeting stringent budget and schedule requirements. Additionally, privacy and security were of high importance for this project and NUTEC followed all standards and requirements.
