Multiple Projects

Provided multidisciplinary engineering and consulting services for a range of planning, renovation, and infrastructure upgrade projects across the York College of Pennsylvania campus. These efforts supported both short-term improvements and long-term campus development goals.

Projects included a structural evaluation for the proposed Campbell Hall addition, an acoustical study for Kings Mill Loom to improve performance and learning environments, and design services for Northside Commons Phase 2, focused on expanding student residential capacity and enhancing campus connectivity.

Additional work included site planning and interior coordination for Spartans Central—York College’s integrated student services hub—along with feasibility and infrastructure assessments for the off-campus property at 122 West Springettsbury Avenue. Engineering support also encompassed HVAC upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency at the West Campus Dormitory complex, including coordination with existing systems and infrastructure.

All projects required close coordination with college stakeholders, to align with York College’s academic mission, operational needs, and campus master planning objectives.
