NUTEC, working under a Construction Manager – Agency agreement, was able to provide a roadmap to help plan, coordinate, and prioritize an incredibly complicated decision-making process. In the process we brought various groups together to find a solution that worked for all. Total square footage involved is 135,000.
NUTEC’s strong contractor relationships, flexibility, and openness created more of a partnership than a vendor-client relationship.
