Multiple projects for Classic Caramel, one of the largest producers of caramel products in the United States. The Classic Caramel Company also produces fruit chews, salt water taffy, and neutraceuticals, a pharmaceutical product.

New Facility Planning – Provided services associated with a proposed new 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Scope included schematic equipment layout, verification of office space requirements including cafeteria and exercise room, investigation of feasibility of primary electrical service including construction cost and financial analysis, investigation of alternative methods of providing 75 o F / 40% relative humidity into various areas of the facility, determination of space requirements for plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical systems, and development of a report summarizing all findings.

Process Estimate – Provided process estimating services for proposed 100,000 sq. ft. production facility. Scope included survey of existing process equipment to determine utility requirements and preparation of probable construction costs for the following systems: chilled water, steam and condensate, compressed air, electrical, natural gas, and domestic water.

Blender Addition – Architecture and structural engineering for a 900 SF blender addition. The fast track schedule was critical to the renovation of the 85 year old building in order to meet with Labor and Industry codes.
